TechniClean

Innovative Cleaning Technology for the 21st Century

Specializing in both light and heavy industrial cleaning since 1974. Also focusing on CO2 [dry ice] pellet blast cleaning since 1993.

TechniClean has developed over the years successful proprietary methods and procedures for generator and electrical components cleaning and utilizes CO2 for pellet blast cleaning. TechniClean's founder is a renowned inventor of many industrial machines that are used worldwide in such countries as the United States, Canada, and Kuwait. TechniClean has found that CO2 blast cleaning by itself without the proper cleaning procedures is inadequate. In 1993 TechniClean successfully developed new disbursement equipment that refined the cleaning industry. This proprietary method, in conjunction with CO2 pellet blasting, is innovative, exclusive and makes TechniClean the most effective cleaning Corporation in the world. Our successful record of CO2 pellet blast cleaning has made us the leader in this field and gives us an unduplicable competitive advantage over all other methods and procedures.

What is CO2 [Dry Ice] Pellet Blasting?

It is similar to sand, shot, plastic beads or walnut shell blasting except the above mentioned blast media are replaced by CO2 [dry ice] pellets about the size of a grain of rice (1/8 x 1/4 inch + long).

The CO2 [dry ice] pellets are propelled by compressed air, up to 1200 fps, at the surface being cleaned. The pellets explode (sublimate) upon impact, fracking and removing the surface contaminants, coatings etc. instantly. The CO2 returns harmlessly back to the atmosphere.
