TechniClean

Innovative Cleaning Technology for the 21st Century

Electrical

TechniClean has cleaned generators ranging from 1 mega-watt to 115 megawatt units. We have blasted in place or disassembled. [The best cleaning results are with the units disassembled.]

TechniClean has developed over the years successful proprietary methods and procedures for generator and electrical components cleaning and utilizes CO2 for pellet blast cleaning media. TechniClean has found that CO2 blast cleaning by itself without the proper cleaning procedures is inadequate. In 1993 TechniClean successfully developed new disbursement equipment that refined the cleaning industry. This proprietary method, in conjunction with CO2 pellet blasting, is innovative, exclusive and makes TechniClean the most effective cleaning Corporation in the world. Our successful record of CO2 pellet blast cleaning has made us the leader in this field and gives us an unduplicable competitive advantage over all other methods and procedures.

Customer's Staff Engineers have consistently indicated that upon completion of our cleaning; the rotor and stator tested with much higher mega ohm reading than prior to cleaning.

TechniClean has used the CO2 pellet blast cleaning method on 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation windings without damage to the insulation, especially on the 1st generation windings with the asphaltic type coatings. We can adjust the blasting pressures for the more delicate areas.

This is the results of a study done by one of our customers.
