TechniClean has specialized in cleaning the exhaust H.P. and L.P. sections on gas fired cogeneration units since 1993.

WE introduced a Chemical Cleaning process in 2007 and has had great success with this newer approach. The Cleaning process removes all the acid buildup extending the life of the tube bundles. Cleaning of the HP and LP boiler bundles is cost effective by not only extending bundle life but removing the acid buildup. The back pressure is reduced; therefore, the power source uses less fuel.
